Summary: OnSite Stretch & Wellness sends SMS messages only to customers who have explicitly opted in via an unchecked checkbox during account creation or booking. Consent is optional and never required to purchase services. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. Customers can opt out at any time by replying STOP or get help by replying HELP.

When you sign up for a membership, purchase a session package, or book an appointment with OnSite Stretch & Wellness, you will be presented with the following consent option:

Where Consent is Collected
SMS consent is collected at the following locations:
1. Studio Membership Signup
During account creation at smooth-connect-biz.lovable.app/studio/join/account, customers see the checkbox shown above before completing their purchase. The checkbox is unchecked by default and customers must actively check it to provide consent.
2. Corporate Event Booking
Corporate employees booking wellness sessions through our company booking pages are presented with the same SMS consent checkbox before confirming their appointment. The checkbox is unchecked by default.
3. Opt-In is Always Optional
At every collection point the checkbox is unchecked by default. Customers must actively check the box to provide consent. SMS consent is never pre-selected or required to complete a purchase or booking.
Types of Messages We Send
If you opt in, you may receive the following types of SMS messages from OnSite Stretch & Wellness:
- Appointment booking confirmations
- Appointment reminders (typically 24 hours before your session)
- Cancellation notices and rescheduling alerts
